The gist

First of all, you pronounce it, Xander.

My mother decided to give me the French spelling for Alexander, because why not, and I decided to stop going by Alex in 6th grade, so really we’re both at fault for everyone’s confusion.

Now when I say I’ve done a little bit of everything, I mean it. As every creative knows, we all wear many hats, hats that we never chose to put on at times. I’ve played the role of photographer, photo producer, model wrangler, digi-tech, DAM manager, IT, designer, and more that all extended outside of job titles.

I’ve been in the creative field professionally since 2012, after graduating with a BFA in Photography, and landing my first job at Abercrombie And Fitch. I started as an assistant, moved to team lead, and now function as an Art Director for the studio at Big Lots.

If you’re here, you must be a recruiter or a potential team doing the preliminary stalking, so thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me.
